Nafisah practices in the Conveyancing Department of the Firm and comes with more than 5 years of extensive experience in a wide array of documentation related to real estate transactions. Her work mainly focuses on sale and purchase of properties between individuals as well as corporate entities, tenancies and leases, loan documentation for financing facilities and direct developers’ purchases. She is known to be committed in providing comprehensive legal advice throughout the process to ensure that the client’s best interests are fiercely guarded at all times whilst monitoring deadlines efficiently.
Prior to joining Messrs Raihan & Shai, she had experience in corporate banking and conveyancing matters both as a pupil and as a practitioner in an established law firm in Kuala Lumpur. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2015 and graduated from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Shah Alam in 2014.

Over the years, Nafisah has represented numerous clients in dealing with sale and purchase transactions, tenancies, leases, amalgamations, subdivisions, trust deeds, power of attorney to name a few. Her wide exposure in conveyancing practices have allowed her to sit alongside clients and navigate the intricacies that commonly arise in agreements for sub sales and developers’ project involving residential, commercial, industrial and development lands across Malaysia.
Ancillary to her expertise is her advice to banks and financial institutions on compliance and structuring documentation pertaining to conventional and Islamic financing for the purchase of properties by individual clients and corporate entities, refinancing, perfection of transfer and charge and discharge of charge. Nafisah has wide experience in acting on behalf of major financial institutions including Lembaga Pembiayaan Perumahan Sektor Awam (LPPSA), Malayan Banking Berhad and CIMB Bank.
