Raihan regularly advises and acts in sale and purchase transactions involving office and commercial buildings, data centre, development land, industrial buildings and residential properties, joint venture development projects, receivership and liquidator sales and sales by public auctions and open tenders. She also has conducted and undertakes legal due diligence reviews for investment companies, prepared due diligence reports and investment documentations such as subscription agreements, shareholder agreements and option agreements to name a few.

Her expertise in real estate and property matters complements her work in the Banking and Finance division through which she advises and acts for commercial banks, financial institutions, borrowers and others. She has vast experience in project advisory and documentation, project management agreements and operation and maintenance agreements.

With her experience, she is known for her established links with the authorities in particular Land Offices and Registries around Malaysia to ensure correct and prompt dealings and procedures. With this, she is regularly retained for conveyancing projects for residential and mixed development properties by well-known as well as up and coming developers, with her last deal being the handling of the sale and purchase agreements involving high-end property developments in the Mont Kiara area.
